As a Customer Experience (CX) Team Member, you will be at the heart of creating exceptional, memorable moments for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This role is perfect for a customer-centric individual dedicated to providing high-quality interactions and managing front-of-house operations with a personal touch.,

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide a warm welcome and a memorable farewell, ensuring high standards in all customer service interactions.
  • Maintain Immaculate Presentation: Oversee the front-of-house area, keeping it tidy and professionally presented at all times.
  • Follow Best Practices: Adhere to Colliers' Beyond: Front of House standards and health and safety protocols.
  • Effective Communication: Respond professionally to telephone and email inquiries, following up on actions as needed.
  • Enhance Experiences: Identify creative ways to improve the experience for clients, occupiers, and visitors.
  • Support & Train Temporary Staff: Train team members on Colliers standards and ensure training records are maintained.
  • Facilities Management: Log and report any property faults or issues, working closely with the Facilities team.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure all spaces are pristine and report items for repair or maintenance.
  • Concierge Services: Offer concierge support, including dry-cleaning pickups, reservations, and transport arrangements.
