Full Job Description

Focused on the Neighbourhoods & Housing service area of Hull City Council, this post plays a key role in ensuring that the Service responds to feedback from customers effectively and learns lessons from feedback to feed into its service improvement activity, as well as ensuring compliance with the new regulatory Consumer Standards and Housing Ombudsman Scheme.
You will need to be able manage a caseload of more complex cases as well as identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
You will need to work closely with colleagues across the Neighbourhoods & Housing service area, but in particular with colleagues who oversee feedback on our repairs service.
