Customer Home Move Administrator

Here at Cheadle we are looking for an individual who is highly organised, detail orientated, able to prioritise and execute key administrative functions on a daily basis, whilst being able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, external partners and internal branches. Part of the role will involve receptionist duties so a confident telephony manner is vital., Role Purpose: Working with our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager. First point of contact for incoming calls, the role is required to support the team to progress the early milestones of the Conveyancing process, using a variety of online systems, for both Reeds Rains and Your Move Customers.

Experience: Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment would be advantageous however it is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and possess strong IT skills. Technical Skills/Competencies/Behaviours:

  Basic salary of £23,400
