Full Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity within our award-winning Research and Insight Team. The function is responsible for ensuring that we listen to and act on feedback from members, non-customers, brokers, and employees.

The role of a Customer Insight Manager involves leading market research projects in-house and with third party agencies to help shape business decisions.

Responsibilities include.

  • consulting and advising on best practice research methodologies,

  • designing and leading on bespoke and syndicated research,

  • working independently on all regular stakeholder surveys

  • monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and competitor benchmarking.


  • The Customer Insight Manager will support the Practice Lead to deliver the Practice roadmap. They will ensure all research is impactful and influences decision making. The candidate will be confident building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders

    To be successful you'll have experience of managing market research projects from end to end. You'll have a good working knowledge of various research methodologies, tools, and techniques. Quantitative research experience is key. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, alongside strong data visualisation and storytelling.

    Experience of strong relationship building with stakeholders is a must.

    Desirable:

    Experience in both agency and client-side research

    Background in Financial Services, or with financial clients

    Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies
