Full Job Description

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting and MI, including the delivery of accurate and timely reporting to support Customer Governance, Board & Exec packs
  • Responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity through automated testing, monitoring and validation techniques
  • Working with data across our analytical platforms, generating Insight that identifies improvement opportunities in-line with business goals, through root cause analysis
  • Helping to build data products and tools that enable business teams and analytical functions to drive value, ensuring products are accessible, well documented and easy to use
  • Being a subject matter expert on data and reporting across Quality Assurance or Voice of Customer
  • Working with data consumers, interpreting requirements and helping shape the required outcomes

    Prior experience working in an analytical role within a corporate environment
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering analytical projects, structuring analysis and deliverables to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SQL and Power BI. Other programming languages helpful but not essential.
