This is a major integration and onboarding project that will revolutionise how our customers purchase from us." We're looking for someone to help us support our customers through this transition and ensure a seamless integration. What you'll be doing: As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be crucial in ensuring our new customers smoothly transition to our RS eProcurement system. • Experience in order processing: A background in handling orders is essential.
  • B2B knowledge: Understanding of the business-to-business environment.
  • We need a positive attitude and willingness to learn: We'll provide full training on our systems and processes, including XML, XSLT, SQL, Oracle, SAP, and APIs. While prior experience in these areas is beneficial, it's not needed. There are bonus points if you can speak German but again it is not essential.
