Full Job Description

Contract Type: 9 Months

Location: Alderley Park

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 25th November 2024

We currently are seeking applications to be based at our Alderley Edge office on a temporary basis.

The role sits with Group Operations in our One Best Way workstream, focusing on mapping operational processes.

Working in this team you will gain a strong understanding of the Groups processes. Documenting process will be key to help identify where we need to align processes across various propositions and is vital to help deliver our core priorities.

About the Role

-Mapping all processes for Group Operations to support alignment of good customer outcomes, to achieve 'One Best Way'.
-Liaise with key stakeholders and business areas.
-Utilise strong analytical skills to identify alternative solutions, translate complex details, simplify processes, and map processes effectively and to required standards.
-Identify, escalate, and manage risks or issues.

About You

-Utilise a confident Microsoft skillset (Word, Excel, Visio beneficial), strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and engagement abilities.
-Experience in process simplification/improvement.
-Proactively identify and champion opportunities to improve and simplify customer journeys.
-Translate complex issues into simple, key messages, and deliver them effectively in various communication styles.
-Experience in Financial Services beneficial
