Full Job Description

You will deliver profitable growth in line with/or above budget for the portfolio within national customers in align with sales and marketing strategies. You will facilitate customer partnerships by leading and coordinating a cross functional approach to the customer and build build a deep understanding of the customer to position BIAH as the strategic partner of choice to deliver long term profitable growth. This is a home-based role requiring regular travel throughout the UK with occasional travel to Ireland. TASK & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Achieve net sales revenue targets, ensuring investments are set within budget parameters
  • Understand the profit contribution to the business, and act accordingly to drive profit
  • Achieve market share targets and understand the market share dynamics in the accounts; identify trends early and propose solutions to gaps or promote gains
  • Evaluate return on investment of all activities and make recommendations for future investment improvement
  • Track progress against budget, identify gaps and close quickly to deliver results required
  • To maintain a high level of customer service/contact and promote the company, its products and activities at all levels within the market place(including producers and veterinary surgeons).
  • Provide practical support to veterinary customers and their farm clients, when necessary, assisting in the establishment of vaccination programmes on farm.
  • Shares information regarding the market, competitor activities and customer feedback on products and promotions to relevant colleagues.
  • Maintain level of technical and commercial knowledge of own and competitor products and associated disease areas.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts (net sales and NRP) to ensure visibility of new and current business to optimise resource planning.
