Full Job Description

An enthusiastic Customer Liaison Executive with superior Customer Service skills to serve as the operational point of contact for a group of customers. To understand their needs, build and maintain productive relationships and provide excellent service and client relations (including pre and post-sales support) via email or telephone. Responsible for accurately reviewing large and complex customer orders in a busy and fast paced environment within an expanding team. This role also involves managing and replying to a large amount of inbound emails and the ability to maintain good enquirer/stakeholder relationships.

Customer Relations and Account Management

  • Using Key Account Management principles, develop and maintain business relationships throughout the customer organisation within complex, strategic, national pharmacy accounts, to meet sales targets and deliver against our Pharmacy CVP offering in line with the Viatris strategy.

  • Understand the key needs of the customer, and develop aligned strategies that deliver demonstrated business benefit to both organisations

  • Anticipate and identify opportunities/issues that may affect business performance or supply chain demands and instigate solutions to manage them.

  • Regular provision of customer insight relating to the accounts and the broader pharmacy environment to aid the development of customer-centric strategies

  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans to increase/strengthen business across accounts by gathering and disseminating up-to-date market intelligence.

  • Have a clear focus on measuring impact and performance, bring an agile mindset to learn and adapt the plan to optimise performance.

    Proven success in managing customer accounts in a technical Customer Service role essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous

  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and SAP or another ERP system

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving can-do mindset. Ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential.

  • Resilient under pressure and confident to question decisions when necessary. Able to work to deadlines

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Good team player with an enthusiastic self-motivated attitude
