Full Job Description

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of the Capital Investment team within the Asset Management and Improvement section. This section looks after the investment projects to the council housing stock and Major adaptations works to both Council and private properties. You will take part in and help shape the continuous improvement journey for the customers.,

  • To liaise between Tenants, Residents, Local Offices, Contractors and Council Staff

  • Develop relationships with Residents and Tenants.

  • To monitor and support the Contractors Customer Liaison Officers to ensure the Customer Care Journey is being implemented.

    Must have Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy or equivalent.

  • Candidates need to have 2 years' experience within Customer focused environment.

  • Have an understanding of how buildings are repaired, and the processes involved.

  • An understand the Procurement tender processes, Payments processes and invoicing.

  • Experience of understanding Budgets.

  • Experience in the Use of ICT systems and packages.
