Full Job Description

Here at Boots Opticians we are looking for 3 Customer Liaison Specialists to work from our head office in Nottingham These are new roles reporting into the Customer Experience Lead specifically assisting customers who are signed up to our Contact Lens Reward Plan About the role Working within the Customer team, the role will provide resolution to all types of customer enquiries and complaints by written, social and telephony contact. Each case is logged and the Customer Liaison Specialist will manage to resolution. Initially, most customer interaction will be with our Contact Lens Reward Plan customers however, there is a vision to multi-skill across the wider Customer team when the role will include interaction with all Boots Opticians customers. You will work closely with our outsourced suppliers, taking escalated calls and offering training support where required

+ Experience in customer interaction and complaint resolution

  • + A good standard of grammar and written communication
  • + Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • + Commercially focused, with strong communication, analytical & numerical skills
  • + Flexible approach to work with good prioritisation skills to effectively manage own workload
  • + Proactive with a positive outlook, working effectively as part of a team & on their own initiative It would be great if you also have
  • Experience of working in a Contact Centre
