Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Quality Manager to oversee and quality-check our customer activities across the business, comparing the outputs against our processes, customer standards and Customer Promises. Ensure that learning is shared and embedded, with processes and standards being updated where appropriate to improve customer experience and survey outcomes. Continually drive improved service, experience, and outcomes for customers throughout the business.

Results driven, with knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and framework and the ability to spot and prioritise those opportunities that are likely to create the greatest impact and improvement. It is desirable that you have previous experience in roles such as process improvement, quality assurance, project management, or related fields.

Essential Criteria: Customer Engagement Experience, People Skills, and Influential personality.

We are Touchstone, part of the Places for People Group; we are placemakers; our work impacts on the lives of people across the U.K. - providing homes to live in, communities to retire to, spaces to stay active, supported homes for independent living, and student accommodation. Our places work when they work for everyone.

At Places for People, we hire People, not numbers! So, if you like the sound of one of our jobs, please apply - you could be just who we're looking for! Of course, experience and track record are important, but we're more interested in hiring someone that embodies our People Promises. That's someone that does the right thing, is enthusiastic and motivated to grow, believes in Community spirit, is respectful and enjoys their work. As the UK's leading Social Enterprise we're dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving Communities for both our Customers and Employees.

So, what are you waiting for? Join a Community that cares about you!
