As the Customer Relations Manager at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for growing the pipeline of new residents looking to join the home. About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of different vegetables. The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and all staff love to keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished café is available to our residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily. About the role: The Sales Manager, known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager, is the primary point of contact for enquiries from prospective future residents. Working alongside the management team, you'll ensure occupancy and average weekly fees exceed our realistic targets. It's not just sales though, we want someone who can own the function, but also embed themselves in the community; raising awareness of our homes, making lasting partnerships and driving our business forward - our referral sources are really important.,
- Manage the incoming sales enquiries, and ensure that all leads are followed up appropriately and in a timely manner from initial enquiry through to admission.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive and improve lead generation using offline and digital channels and social media.
- Analyse sales and marketing data to create effective actions plans for each home, utilising wider market and competitor research.
- Build strong and positive external links within the local community to enhance awareness of the homes in their local markets

Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus commission. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to support on weekends when required., - Competitive salary, plus commission.
