Full Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our innovative PharmAssist platform and our clients. You'll play a crucial part in supporting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth.,

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Upload supplier price files to maintain customer price cascades

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries

  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues

  • Enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the value of our products

  • Identify growth opportunities using preferred Gold Partner suppliers

  • Generate and nurture leads for additional products or services

  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base

  • Manage pricing queries and maintain accurate CRM information

    Proven experience in telephone account management and customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills

  • Keen focus on precision and accuracy

  • Passion for customer success and driving business growth

Orders passing through the software adhere to specific customer-set rules, securing the best prices and directing orders to preferred suppliers at preferred times.
