Full Job Description

We are a public sector owned professional buying organisation with ambitious plans for the future and are looking for a Customer Relationship Advisor to support in developing and fostering relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will help enhance customer awareness and increasing usage of the team's frameworks as well as acting as the primary contact for enquiries from customers, suppliers and colleagues you should possess the following skill sets be able to work on their own initiative, be able to multitask, be able to interrogate data, be confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages. As well as having good time-management skills and enjoy working as part of a team and on their own. Training will be provided on the processes within ESPO. The essential criteria for the role is listed below. One position available as part of a job share role with the following pattern; Week 1 Thursday, Friday - 7.5 hours per day Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday 7.5 hours per day and Friday - 7 hours A total of 37 hours per fortnight

  • Have experience of working in a customer service/sales environment including an appreciation of customer service and best practice principals of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Have experience of handling customer enquiries on the phone and by email
  • Have excellent communication skills with a good standard of oral and written English language
  • Be able to work with large amounts of data to produce analysis and reports and
  • Manages time effectively to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met
  • Strong understanding and practical using Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word and SharePoint.
