Customer Relationship Advisor

We're seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our innovative PharmAssist platform and our clients. You'll play a crucial part in supporting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth., + Build and maintain strong customer relationships
+ Upload supplier price files to maintain customer price cascades
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries
+ Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
+ Enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the value of our products
+ Identify growth opportunities using preferred Gold Partner suppliers
+ Generate and nurture leads for additional products or services
+ Collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base
+ Manage pricing queries and maintain accurate CRM information

+ Proven experience in telephone account management and customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
+ Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
+ Keen focus on precision and accuracy
