  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Explore & Engage: Research customer businesses to discover new opportunities and ensure existing clients thrive.
  • Ask & Understand: Build connections with customers to gain insights into their industries and strategies, so you can offer tailored support.
  • Show the Value: Utilize your knowledge to highlight how becoming a UPS Access Point can drive customer success.
  • Follow Up & Grow: Actively pursue sales leads and leverage the Access Point Candidate Tool (APC) to onboard new clients.
  • Advocate for Customers: Foster trust by assisting with service issues and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Educate & Resolve: Guide customers through our services and swiftly resolve any challenges they face.
  • Stay Competitive: Research competitor strategies to find innovative ways to position UPS Access Points as the preferred choice.
  • Keep it Organized: Maintain detailed records of account activity for seamless communication and management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 17:30 to 23:00.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and professional telephone communication.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
