Customer Representative

### Responsibilities:

-Email customers logo preview and colaborate with production team

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions

- Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

- Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent service excellence

Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills

- Fluent in both English is a must (verbal and written)

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
