Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor to join the Contact Centre based at Andover. . You will arrange for a Sales Consultants to visit the customer's homes and keep in touch with customers to close sales. As the Customer Sales Advisor you will work Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and weekends 09:00 - 17:00. Your shifts will be on a rota basis working 5 days (37 hours) over a 7 day period This job is a permanent hybrid working contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to maximise every sale with excellent customer service skills. To be successful as the Customer Sales Advisor, it is essential that you have a desire to help and a willingness to listen. Experience in Customer Service would be desirable. Customer Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers, following a Sales Consultant appointment to advance the enquiry and maximise sales opportunity
- Proactively respond to customer phone calls, emails
- Capture key information after every appointment to facilitate ongoing customer communication
- Advance enquiries along the sales process while providing excellent customers service
- Gain knowledge of the Stannah product range.
- Use of company software systems including Microsoft office and other call centre specific software
- Develop and maintain logistical efficiency of our Sales Consultants by effective route planning and diary management.
- Gather and record key customer data and ensure all systems are accurate and up to date.
