What you'll be doing as a Customer Sampling Technician As a Customer Sampling Technician, you'll be responsible for collecting and testing water samples to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You'll oversee the management and maintenance of your sampling records and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You may also investigate supply issues and customer complaints. Key responsibilities include: Taking part in an out-of-hours roster, including weekends, on a rotating schedule. Extensive travel between customer properties and sites across a wide geographical area. Conducting water sampling, managing equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Communicating directly with customers, addressing concerns and providing updates. Base Location: South East London SE2 9AQ. Working Pattern: from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please note, in this role, 1 week in 7 will have working weekends.
