Full Job Description

Joining our Financial Shared Services, you'll be responsible for delivering pre- defined KPI's & SLAs for the effective servicing of all Order to Cash (O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) administrative support functions within the admin and customer service team to support all customers and suppliers. In addition you'll work with the O2C & P2P controllers to ensure a seamless service is provided to all customers through both individual and team metrics. Your main responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email are dealt with in the agreed SLA's.
  • Ensuring the processing of supplier and customer documents are carried out to agreed SLA's and KPI's
  • Contribute to ensuring the O2C & P2P processes are efficient, compliant and have full knowledge of the process controls.
  • Ensuring administrative tasks for O2C & P2P are completed correctly and within the pre-agreed timescales.
  • Follow all O2C & P2P policies and ensure they are up to date and adhered to for all administrative duties (SOPs)
  • Identify and work as part of a team to facilitate and implement continuous process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent data entry skills both in speed and accuracy
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, word & emails
  • Previous expereince in a similar customer facing, service orientated role
  • An understanding of the credit control, purchase ledger and/or invoice management, would be advantageous
  • Working on your own initiative and under pressure
  • Managing a varied breadth of queries and resolving them with agreed SLA's
