  • Customer Engagement: Assist in guiding customers through product selection, including advising on stock levels, delivery schedules, and sampling options.

  • Proactive Communication: Manage customer feedback and communications with a focus on relationship building and satisfaction.

  • Opportunity Development: Identify and act on opportunities to engage with customers, share new product information, and follow up on sampling requests. Update our CRM with relevant activities and opportunities.

  • Customer Awareness: Maintain a thorough understanding of your customer base to meet their needs effectively.

  • Order Management: Ensure all orders are accurately processed and promptly dispatched.

  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

    Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or an internal executive role.

  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about enhancing the customer experience.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, bespoke software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledgeable: Able to quickly learn and retain extensive product and service information.

  • Detail-Oriented: Attentive to detail with a focus on accuracy.

  • Adaptable: Flexible and open to new developments, particularly in IT systems.

  • Communicative: Confident, friendly, and professional in both phone and email communication.
