Full Job Description

At PGL we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Our administration team plays a pivotal role in ensuring every adventure goes smoothly!

The UK Schools and Groups department generates revenue in excess of £60 million and as a Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to process booking documentation and facilitate their bookings.

Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively managing all pre-travel administration for PGL's Adventure UK centre bookings.

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the centres they visit to anticipate their needs.

  • Working with your colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met and more often exceeded.

    The successful candidate for this role will have strong personal organisational skills, with the ability and experience to effectively prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy open plan office environment, whilst working to strict deadlines.
