Full Job Description

Our Customer Service team are integral to what we do. In this role, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience related to the Wheelchair services. This will involve processing orders, adding to our SAP ERP system, ensuring the correct codes are inputted, whilst liaising with customers to arrange deliveries. In addition to this, you will also support our webshop offering, again ensuring a smooth transaction and customer service is experienced.

If so this role could be for you!, This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service administration roles with a keen eye for detail. The role will be hybrid based (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and full training will be given. Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.

Our National Distribution Centre based in Walton Summit is currently looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team.
