Full Job Description

As a Customer Services Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our wide range of customers and hold responsibility for delivering the great service that Liberty Wines takes pride in. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service
  • Sales order processing
  • Accurate data entry
  • Resolving problems effectively
  • You will work collaboratively with all internal departments including Sales, Credit Control, and the Distribution Centre based in Basingstoke. This role is fixed term until December 23rd Hours of work are 40 hours per week and there are two available shift patterns: Monday - Friday (07:00 - 15:30) Sunday - Thursday (Sunday 10:30 - 19:30, Monday - Thursday 7:00-3:30)

  • Previous experience working in a similar customer service or order processing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build good working relationships
  • Reliable, positive and pro-active with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of issues
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy along with strong IT skills
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • A little bit of wine knowledge would come in handy!
