What you'll do:
  • Work 08:30 - 16:30 on a Saturday only
  • Dealing with customer complaints within the SLA deadlines.
  • Liaising with customers, drivers and internal departments to assist in query resolution, including address resolution.
  • Customer counter processing.
  • Controlling incoming tracers for missed deliveries and updating in-house software.
  • Working in the office and warehouse environment
  • What you'll need:
  • Excellent communication skills, speed and accuracy
  • A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to accurately follow instructions
