Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Rental Income team, the role is hybrid, office based and home working.

This is a new role, and you will be the first point of contact for resident's enquiries regarding current and former tenant rent and arrears.

This role will be the focal point for all resident enquiries regarding rent income, as such it is expected that the post holder will aim to maximise successful first-time contacts from residents, whilst providing individual sign posting based on the resident circumstances.

You will identify where the rent arrears are likely to cause hardship to residents and advise them of the most suitable avenue of support, be that financial or other means to maximise their income.

The postholder will pay a pivotal role in supporting residents to maintain their tenancies and maximise their income.

We are looking for experience or transferable skills to provide a customer focused proactive and high-quality service for our residents.

You'll need strong customer care and communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
