ARNE is a direct-to-consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with our ecommerce store as our only sales channel.

Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you'll be involved in the day to day engagement with our customer base, responding to enquiries and feedback through multiple contact channels. • Responding to customer enquiries through email, live chat, and social media


• Providing information about new and existing products.


• Tracking and processing orders and refunds.
