Full Job Description

  • Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone

  • Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA's

  • To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Inputting data onto the internal database

  • General administration duties

    The successful candidate will either be looking to get a year's office experience under their belt, or simply have previous office experience looking for a contract position., Some exposure to an office-based role is desirable

  • Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • 'can-do' attitude

    £22,500

  • West Malling, Kent - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Excellent progression routes - 18 people in the past 1.5 years have been promoted in this team
