Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday- Friday (Days) Location: Banbury,OX16 3ED DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer service Advisor to play a vital role supporting our distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • A first point of contact for enquries and complaints for DHL life science customers.
  • Customer query managment using relevent customer service databases using DHL and customer systems.
  • Monitor deliveries and communicate with stakeholders on any issues and expected resolutions
  • Gnerating regular reports day to day for the customer.
  • Working within a great team of 10 to provide great customer service.

  • Experience working in a customer based role.
  • Microsoft word/excel experience at intermediate level
