We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Customer Service Advisor for One Housing in Camden. Join our Customer Services team as a Customer Service Advisor., We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Customer Service Adviser in Camden, London., Location: This is a hybrid role. Mondays and Fridays working from home and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays working with your team at the office in Camden, London. Hours: 35 per week. The contact centre is open from 8am to 6pm and so you must be able to do shifts of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm as required. Contract: Full time Permanent Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing and resolving a wide range of enquiries through all customer contact channels, including telephone, email and social media
  • Providing customer service in a professional, friendly and empathetic way.
  • Being a customer service champion ensuring that all contacts from customers are owned and resolved through to completion.
  • Using the CRM to record information relating to enquiries, transactions and complaints to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers.
  • Utilising and promoting a range of technologies to communicate with customers.
  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties that that may be needed from time to time.
  • Achieving all personal and team targets, KPIs, service level agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • What you will need to succeed We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly.

  • Be experienced working in a customer care/service environment and able to utilise a variety of communication channels including over the phone, email, social media etc.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Be resilient, self-motivated, assertive, and confident.
