Full Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Office-based role in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands (initial training in our Yardley office until March 2025) £23,800 starting salary, 30 days annual leave, 15% staff discount. Full time, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu). Role Summary Farmfoods are a family business who pride ourselves on offering our customers great value, quality products from clean and tidy shops with the friendliest team in retail. The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting. The Successful Candidate Now is a very exciting time to join Farmfoods and the successful candidate will have the following:

  • Great organisation skills
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Be able to work at a fast pace under pressure whilst having excellent time keeping to ensure any given deadlines are hit
  • Our ideal candidate can effectively use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside our in-house software (don't worry, we'll train you!). You'll have solid GCSEs (or equivalent) with at least a B in English and Maths. Above all, you'll embody Farmfoods values: Hard Work, Trust, Respect, and a Positive Attitude.
