Our Customer Service Advisors make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home. Whilst no two days are ever the same at iQ, this role includes showing prospective students and their families around the site, parcel / post management, logging maintenance requests and making sure our sites are fully health and safety compliant. You will be involved in organising social events and you will need to handle any customer complaints sensitively and ensure any rent arrears are dealt with quickly and proactively. You'll be part of an iQ family that will always have your

You won't mind rolling your sleeves up, you will come up with new ideas for our students and you'll have great communications skills. Ideally you will have had some customer service experience, but that could be in a bar, hotel, gym, shop or anywhere dealing with customers, however, we're much more interested in your people skills, personality and potential.
