Full Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office team, supporting them in work orders across the contracts. Your day to day will include:
- Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader.
- Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader.
- Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
- Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
You have an excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - You have the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
