We're currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Team at Peterlee. Are you working evenings and/or weekends? Stuck on a salary that doesn't go anywhere? Receiving standard benefits? As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
