Full Job Description

  • The ability to liaise with customers, service providers and partner agencies to ensure effective delivery of the service.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, recording information timely and with accuracy including maintaining confidentiality are a necessary function of this role.
  • The collation and maintenance of information is to be completed in accordance with relevant legislation and used to prepare reports.
  • There is a responsibility to identify and contribute to procedural improvements.
  • Use of IT equipment, specialist software and different systems is essential to maintaining records therefore undertaking training for competency of using a variety of systems is a requirement.
