This role involves providing high-quality customer service as a Customer Service Advisor at the Avonmere Care Home operated by Avery Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff, as well as supporting various administrative duties., As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to support the care home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, assisting with show rounds, following up on sales enquiries, and providing administrative support to the Home Administrator as needed. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and a positive attitude towards residents and visitors. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
