As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on whether it's through phone calls, online web chat, emails, and social media. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues and turn complaints into chances to sprinkle a little IKEA magic. We see problems as a chance to brighten our customers' day.,
- Engage with customers to resolve a variety of issues, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Meet Contact Centre standards, KPIs and desired service levels to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Receive ongoing coaching to enhance your skills and ensure you consistently meet and delight our customers.

Previous experience working within customer support is recommended. - The ability to build good rapport with customers, demonstrate understanding and confidently use various communication channels.
- Resilience and the ability to maintain focus during times of stress.
- Experience using IT Tools, with significant attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a changing environment.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 hourly rate (£25,552.80 PA).
- 39 hours per week over 5 days out of 7 and every 2nd weekend, working from our IKEA Sheffield Unit. Various shifts available between 07:00 - 20:15 hours.
- After completion of 3 - 6 months there is an opportunity to apply for hybrid working arrangement (minimum 1 day per week in office).
