Role overview: Customer Service Advisor - Delivery Support Team Sheffield (S2 5DD) - Hybrid Working. 2 Days per month in the office 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Full Time Our passion at Currys is helping everyone enjoy the latest tech. The Delivery Support Team deals with claims relating to damage to customers property caused by delivery or installation of big box items, white goods engineers, or faulty appliances. This comprises of collating all the details from the customer and delivery centre, assessing claims, processing settlements, supporting our Delivery Partners, and tracking their claims. The role requires the ability to problem solve and be quick thinking, in what can be challenging circumstances. Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: · Answering calls from customers and internal transfer line, in addition to making outbound calls to customers, delivery partners and CSC's. · Responding to emails from customers, delivery partners and CSC's. · Asking the right questions to match customers with the correct delivery/receipt details. · Meeting every customer with empathy and understanding. · Offering support services i.e. booking installation checks. · Working within strict SLA's. · Assessing quotations and images. · Negotiating settlements. · Liaising with our Delivery Partners and manufacturers. · Ensuring that the correct outcome is reached. You will need:

  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • To be proficient in using IT systems
