Role overview:

Sheffield S2 5DD - This role is Hybrid with a requirement to work on site up to twice per month.

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

Full Time - 37 hours

Grade 2

£24,300

As part of the Customer For Life, Issue Resolution team, you'll have the option of working from home or at our contact centre in Sheffield. You'll provide a great level of service when our customers need us most. Sometimes during their journey, a problem may arise, this is where we step in and take ownership of their complaint and see it through to resolution. As a voice of our customer, you're in the right place to feed into service improvements. For those customer champions out there, this may be the opportunity for you.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Own customers complaints from inception through to resolution

  • Engage with customers through outbound telephone calling, email and webchat

  • Identifying the cause of an issue and utilising the tools available to enable a resolution in a timely manner

  • Creating Customers For Life and improving their experience


  • You will need:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident and friendly approach towards customer interactions

  • Take ownership - when our customers need our help it can be the best time to drive a positive and lasting experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Customer service & complaint handling experience
