Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong customer service commitment to enhance our Customer Services team as a Customer Service Advisor Superuser.

Our Customer Service Centre team offers customers information and advice on enquiries relating to Council services, by telephone, face to face and online.

The successful applicant will have comprehensive knowledge of planning, building control, public health, parks, electoral and frontline services as well as possessing experience of training and mentoring staff. The post holder will have experience of talking directly with customers to resolve their queries and recognise the importance of good communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity in a high performing team that delivers a first class service to meet the needs of our customers in a purpose built environment.

This role is advertised as working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Interviews are currently scheduled for the 7th and 8th November.
