Full Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A clear and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
