Full Job Description

As our Customer Service Apprentice, you will report to our Customer Experience Team Leader and respond to customer questions, resolve complaints; track and analyse customer feedback to identify gaps; and recommend strategies to strengthen customer experience metrics. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to continually enhance customers' experiences.   • What you'll be doing:
  • Take ownership of the customer experience during the booking process.
  • Be an expert in our product and culture - communicating that clearly to our customers.
  • Proactively develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, competitors, market trends and developments within the education arena.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to CB bookers.
  • Ensuring prompt answering of phone calls and emails in line with agreed SLA's
  • Bookings to be taken over the phone where necessary with customers directed to the booking system to make payment.
  • Movement of customer bookings in line with our Terms and Conditions

    Proven customer service Administration skills from a client-driven environment.
  • Experience of working with a travel and/or logistics background would be advantageous. But not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
  • A willing and flexible approach with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of office IT products including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required.
