Full Job Description

  • To provide general administrative support to the current team under the direction of the Business Manager


  • Vacancy Description
  • Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients, making drinks, ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy, photocopying documents

  • Answering phone calls - dealing with enquiries, transferring calls, taking messages, taking card payments

  • Processing incoming mail - scanning in correspondence, sending it onto the relevant person(s), saving it electronically in the client's folders

  • Dealing with outgoing mail - preparing letters for posting, franking the mail, taking the post and other parcels to the Post Office

  • Dealing with deliveries, parcels and client's records - both incoming and outgoing

  • Compiling business documents, including emails, letters, and general business correspondence

  • Using a variety of IT software in addition to all aspects of O365

  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the administration team to ensure we provide an efficient and effective service to clients

  • Any other general administrative tasks as may reasonably by required

  • Confidence in communicating verbally and able to deal with difficult situations

  • Good written communication skills

  • Good computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to follow direction and work both as part of a team and independently, when required

  • Ability to establish priorities and manage workload

  • Diligent and accurate with excellent attention to detail

  • Awareness of client confidentiality

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated and an outgoing individual

    The successful candidates will receive
