Customer service Apprentice - The Garage Willenhall

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you'll do at work:

- Taking care of administrative tasks such as filing, printing, writing letters and corresponding with emails.
- Processing and inputting orders, MOTs
- Quotations to customers via email and telephone calls
- Answering the phone and booking customers in.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Building a good rapport with customers
- Keeping and maintaining accurate and organised records
