Full Job Description

An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY!
We are looking for a driven, positive, problem-solver who thrives at speaking to customers in a fast-paced environment.
You will be joining the Customer Service department reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This is a temporary 1-month rolling contract, working Monday to Friday, 16:00 PM - 22:00 PM GMT.,

  • Fully accountable for monitoring a Live Chat service, offering a personalised shade-matching service to customers

  • Reply to customers on all platforms upkeeping with our Brand First approach and REFY tone of voice

  • Report back on any patterns of customer comments, flagging any common issues raised

  • Comfortable working towards and hitting set departmental targets

  • Must have 1 + years of experience working in Customer Service
