Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join the Customer Experience Team in a role where you will have a direct positive impact on the student and visitor experience at Edge Hill University.

The customer experience team provides a highly professional, integrated service delivering front-of-house and back of house support to our staff, students and visitors acting as a channel of information from and to the wider FM Department. A diverse team in our offer, this is a real opportunity to have a direct positive effect on the student and visitor experience at Edge Hill

You will provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional reception service and receive all customers and visitors to Edge Hill University. Facilitating excellent customer service, you will carry out general administrative tasks and provide customers with information on the institution and its activities.

Have excellent customer service skills.
Be able to respond calmly under pressure to enquiries and multiple requests.
Be able to plan, organise and work effectively to deadlines.
Be self-motivated, positive and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have good IT skills, attention to detail and accuracy., Disability Confident
