Customer Service Assistant

Helping customers with queries and requests

-Merchandising stock, ensuring great availability for our customers

-Assisting with stock control and replenishment

-Working on the checkout serving customers

-Helping keep the store clean, tidy and safe

-Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

Taking this friendly, helpful and caring attitude to the next level, you'll also proactively engage in community activities. We want our Customer Service Assistants to love where they live and get involved in every opportunity, and this could be through volunteering, offering a helping hand or getting involved in good causes.

We're offering an exciting and varied role on a part time basis within our retail store. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. You'll be a fantastic communicator and not afraid to strike up conversations with anyone and everyone. You'll have excellent communication skills, and be a great team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
