Customer Service Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant, to support our sales and finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls, handling cash, dealing with customer balances, assisting the accounts department and general office administration. FCN Frozen Foods Limited is a small team, so the ideal candidate will need to have a fabulous work ethic and will be willing to help others as and when required., Accounts Receivable:

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of any outstanding payments.


• Allocate payments to customer accounts


Administrative Support:

• Answering the phone to take orders.


• Making sales calls in the absence of colleagues.


• Maintaining accurate filing systems.


• Assisting others in administrative tasks as and when required.


• Communication with customers via phone, email or WhatsApp., This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and may include additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)


• customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
