Customer service and Business Administration Apprenticeship

An independent business with a consistent record of sales growth and investment we are looking for a talented individual to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a hybrid role that will include both customer service and general business administration whilst studying for a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration. The customer service element of the role will exposure you to the day operations of our business and this will involve communicating with inbound customers enquiries as well as dealing with aftersales issues. This will involve speaking with customers by telephone, email, ticketing system and video calls. Much of the training will take place on the job but don't worry we have a very friendly and supportive team to help you. We believe that people learn best through doing

whilst being supported. This is a great way to learn, build confidence and improve your people skills.

The administration aspect of the role will be centred around compliance and regulation which is becoming an increasingly important part of our business. The successful candidate will be involved in the set up and development of system to ensure compliance with timber regulations and general testing and compliance regulations.

Depending on the candidate there may also be the opportunity to be involved in the set up and listing of new product listings and the administration aspect of running our marketplace business. Our products also sell through third parties such as B&Q and Debenhams.
